John Mendoza is the Founder and CEO of Precision Health—a lifelong health enthusiast, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and gym owner with a decade of leadership experience at two Fortune 500 companies.
His journey into regenerative and longevity medicine began after years of athletic injuries to his knees, shoulders, back, and elbows left him unable to surf, lift, compete, snowboard—or even throw a ball. When traditional medicine, diet, and physical therapy couldn’t restore his quality of life, John turned to regenerative therapies and discovered a path to lasting recovery and renewed vitality.
This personal transformation sparked a deep passion for human optimization and led him to launch a peptide laboratory with domestic and international distribution. He also serves as Head Coach of the #1-ranked No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team in the North American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation, where he helps fellow athletes overcome the same types of injuries he once battled.
John founded Precision Health to share this mission with a broader audience—connecting thousands of patients to breakthrough treatments in testosterone therapy (TRT), GLP-1s, and peptides. As a patient first, he brings both clinical insight and personal experience to the forefront, blending science-backed protocols with real-life results to help others heal, rebuild, and thrive.
